PK036

This is another 6-digit dollar value representing the Second Wage Balance Split Level. It distinguishes mid-level wage multi-worksite establishments from large-wage establishments; the former use the PK038 mill (tenths of a percent) tolerance while the latter use the PK039 dollar-value tolerance. BLS used a default split level of $100,000 originally, but later changed this to a $999,999 default. They are also contemplating changing the units for this parameter to thousands of dollars to expand the split level further. The PK036 value can be changed to accommodate adjustments to the PK038 and PK039 tolerances. To produce a smooth transition point between the mid-sized and large establishments, this value should be calculated from:
