13 state base account number

State’s Base Account Number (IMAT-ACCT)

10-digit base account number; location is at positions 1 - 10; if the State's base account number is less than 10 digits, pad the account with leading zeroes.

Note: Some states use alphanumeric account numbers.  The exportable system will not handle non-numeric account numbers.
