Sign-On Methods
Once the session has been configured, the user can start either a CICS or a TSO session (or one of each, if desired and the side-by-side sessions are defined), by typing in the name of the session in the Application field on the screen. To start a CICS session for a production State (which is the most typical), enter EXPOPROD in the Application field. Beta States would access CICS by entering EXPOBETA on the Application line. If the user has access to TSO and would like to start a TSO session, type TSO. Each of these logon instances requires a user ID and a password to access the system.
