ES2UT67
ES2UT67 is a special utility program that checks the four files that come in for the IMT conversion. It checks if any of them is either out of sort sequence, or otherwise will not process correctly when merging them together in developing a standard IMT File. This should be run before the ES2SIMT program is called so that errors are reported and corrected before that program.
