FESTER - Focused Error Scoring Targeted Edit Report
FESTER is the EXPO system's name for a high-edit-scores report, showing highly volatile employment/wage changes. Reference Job ES2J008D and Job ES2J008S in the Batch Job Processing documentation for additional information.
