Job Features and Functions
- Creates matrix report with counts of types of micro file records
- Variable parameters establish column and row values (300 variations)
- Example: Type of coverage (columns) by 2-digit NAICS Industry (rows)
- There is an option to print list of records in a specified matrix cell
Job 023D produces a variety of matrix-style reports that show counts of Micro File records in specified categories. These are management type matrix reports with columns and rows. Column and row values are included parameter selections and can be set by the user. The report can be designed to show, for example, how many records exist on the Micro File in auxiliary type code (columns) by county (rows). Many other combinations are available.
The job also includes an option to list individual establishments that comprise a specific cell in the matrix report. Parameters are set in screen ES2N to determine record selection for inclusion in the report, as well as column and row values for the report.
