PK083
This parameter is used specifically with the Estimation Failures Report, and notes the Minimum Employment for Listing an Estimation Failure. It is a 6-digit value that has been State-requested, so has no BLS requirements. The default value is zero, but it can be set to whatever employment level is suitable for your own Estimation Report needs. If this were set to 25, for instance, there would have to be a prior or current quarter employment value of at least 25 for an account flagged for estimation failures to appear on the Estimation Failures report. Since these failures will often be due to missing, inestimable employment, there may be many micro records omitted from the report with this filter.
