State’s Base Account Number (IMT-ACCT)
10-digit base account number; location is at positions 1 - 10; if the State's base account number is less than 10 digits, pad the account with leading zeroes.
Note: Some States use alphanumeric account numbers. The exportable system will not handle non-numeric account numbers. Some States also have MORE THAN 10 digits; we cannot accommodate these oddities.
