Reporting Unit Number (IMT-RPT-UNIT)
5-digit numeric reporting unit number; positions 11 - 15; this needs to be right-justified with leading zeroes; values of 00000 to 99999 are permissible; all zeroes indicates a single-site employer or multiple-worksite master account; values of 00001 and higher denote a worksite sub-unit. However, the use of ‘99999’ as a worksite reporting unit number should be avoided, since any programmatic attempts to find a new, higher-valued RUN could cause significant processing problems.
