Job ES2J003S Multi Balance Report (Any Quarter) - No Micro Edit

Job Features and Functions

• Performs any micro quarter multi-balance check – compares sum of sub-units to master
• Options to include PEO’s (leasing companies), pre-solicitations, EDI’s and to exclude delinquent families
• Does NOT write exceptions to Micro Edit File
• Option to sort report by ownership code
  • Doesn’t affect sequence of Micro Edit File
  • Tolerances are set in Lookup File-Edit and Estimation parameter table

Job 003S is similar to the 003D job and their parameters are almost identical. However, 003S edits are not stored in the Micro Edit File. Therefore, the 003S job can be run for any quarter on the Micro File except for the oldest (eighth) quarter. Because 003S is only an edit reporting job, it runs more rapidly than 003D.
