Job ES2J004D - Delinquent Multi Employer Report

RUN THIS JOB - As required.

This job executes the following programs (click to link to each program description):

Job Features and Functions

  • Identifies and Prints delinquent multi’s in Micro File for specific quarter
  • Delinquency defined as all sub-units missing or estimated
  • The report is used to assess the need for follow-up mailing of MWR’s
  • Mail code is displayed to identify ‘do not mail’ records
  • Option to produce report or file

Job 004D produces a report listing of delinquent multi employers, including those in pre-solicitation status. The purpose of this report is to assist staff in determining whether to run a supplemental 012D or 012F job, for a second or third mailing of MWR forms. It can also assist in determining whether to run estimates for delinquent multi employers.

This job can be run on demand by the user to allow a review of delinquent multi families that have not submitted a Multi-Worksite Report (MWR) for a specified quarter. This report displays information for the master record and each of the worksite records for which no reported data exist in any active multi sub-unit of the account.

The delinquent multi report is automatically sorted by U-I account number, unless the State has chosen specific digits of the U-I account as the primary sort option. The specific digits of the account number to be used in the sort process are entered in the edit sort parameters of the Lookup File. In this event, the report is sorted by the specified digit(s) of the U-I account number.

This process has been superseded and it is unclear why a State would choose to run this report now. It is included in this document as a historical reference, or in the event a State chooses to run the job.
