5-digit numeric reporting unit number, positions 11 - 15. This needs to be right-justified with leading zeroes. Values of 00000 to 99998 are permissible. All zeroes indicate a single-site employer or multiple-worksite master account, while values of 00001 and higher denote a worksite subunit.
