IMAT Address Block (for MOA (“A”) Record Type) (IMAT-ADDRESS)

This is a 112-byte section of the IMAT record, found in positions 16 through 127. It is used to store the Mailing/Other Address of the employer. The individual fields comprising this section are described below. If the M/O address is present for the employer, it should be provided in this area; otherwise, this section of the IMAT record should remain as low-values.
