The print file is set to hold class until label sheets are loaded into the State Laser Printer and then can be released to the State HP printer.

Job 010D is deemed to be unsuitable for the States, in that it can mail the wrong form to the wrong employer. It is also considered an obsolete function, superseded by Job 020D. Job 010D should be avoided because mailing label production is generally prohibited by BLS regulations related to employer confidentiality.

010D produced ‘one-up’ mailing labels for master and/or single accounts under a variety of selection conditions (accounts with reported wages and delinquent employment, master accounts that have not returned their MWR form, missing accounts, or for all accounts in a specific ownership, or MEEI code, etc.). The mailing labels generated with this job used to be placed on State forms and envelopes. Labels can be produced in Job 020D.
