Job Features and Functions
- Uses State-prepared IMAT (Input Micro Auxiliary Transaction) File to update MOA file
- IMAT file must be prepared by State-developed program
- IMAT file is 327 bytes
Job 043D allows most of the records of the MOA File to be updated by batch entry in a way that parallels the IMT updates of Job 001D, etc. The State must prepare the job’s input file or Input Micro Auxiliary Transaction (IMAT) File processed by this job. The job uses the data in the IMAT File to update the MOA File. The first 15 bytes of the IMAT are required. All other fields must either have the new value to be updated to the MOA File or ‘low values,’ if no update is to be performed.
