This pair of identical-format files still requires more development and implementation time.  The intention of these files is to provide a standardized interface method for states to develop a wage-record input data source that can be translated into the EXPO standard Employee Transfer Transaction (ETT) format.  This converted file can then be loaded into the system to produce the VSAM Employment Transfer File.  There may be significant issues with the content of data represented in this file, as it lists confidential information, including the employee's social security number (filtered out of EXPO ETT data) and the full employee name.  It is not yet known whether such a format will be acceptable for interfacing with the QCEW system.  It is only listed here because the format was released by BLS.
