TRS Load File Data Set Name: EAR.CENCO.TRSxxyyy.TXT ('xx' = State Postal abbreviation, 'yyy' = BLS-assigned index number) Service Center DSN: YBUssX.A145.CENCO.TRSxxyyy.TXT ('ss' = State FIPS code, 'xx' = State Postal abbreviation, 'yyy' = BLS-assigned index number) Type of File: Sequential File Layout: EARTRSL This file is produced by BLS from customer input in the Touchtone Response System. The data are distributed through EUS direct and made available at the Service Center under the standard naming convention for the TRS Load File. From here, the file is loaded into the EARS system by Job 108D, applying the TRS-collected data to the Refiling File. The format of this file parallels that of the TRS Eligible File, but removes fillers and adds the fax number at the end. This file represents the culmination of an ongoing data collection effort that saves a tremendous amount of time for those who would otherwise need to sift through thousands of extra returned forms that show no change in reporting status. |
