Definitions for Micro/Multi Balance Edit PK Values

The Micro edits (run in Jobs 001D, 001Q, 002D, 002F, 028D, 028S, and 242D) and the multi balance edits (run in Job 003D and Job 003S) use tolerances stored in the edit and estimations parameter table of the Lookup File. These tolerances are identified as PK tolerance values and can be changed by the user, within BLS limits.
