Transaction Code Check - Code 001 - EQUI Only - Not Performed

This edit checks for an invalid transaction code on an EQUI deliverable record. These codes are “F”, “H”, “D”, and “T”. Since the EXPO edits deal with the Micro File, rather than EQUI transactions, this edit is not applicable.
