First Month Employment Indicator Check - Code 049 - Not Performed

This edit examines the indicator field related to the first employment month of the quarter. Valid values for this field include (blank), “A”, “C”, “D”, “E”, “H”, “L”, “M”, “N”, “P”, “R”, “S”, “W”, and “X”. Since only valid indicator code values are used throughout all EXPO system programs, this edit is bypassed.
