Successor Account Format Check - Code 067 - Not Performed

This edit was removed from EXPO in Version 9, since the packed successor SESA ID cannot have inconsistencies with numerics / non-numerics. When conducted, the edit was a successor-account counterpart to the predecessor account format check just mentioned. Any conflict of numeric account number with non-numeric reporting unit, or non-numeric account number with a numeric reporting unit number, would be flagged by this edit.
