Old Owner Code Check - Code 074 - Discontinued
This edit was dropped in Version 9.0; BLS has instructed developers to correct inconsistencies rather than flagging them here. This edit related to the current refiling process. It compared the old (pre-refiling) ownership code to the fourth calendar quarter ownership code, provided the account was active during the fourth quarter. The old codes are brought into the micro record from the Refiling File by Job 013D, which is generally run during first calendar quarter clean-up processing. If the old code and fourth quarter code differ, then the old code will be copied from the fourth quarter code, thus negating the need for this edit.
