This is a 2-digit value for the Maximum Zero-Wage Employment level, with units as an employee count. This is the largest average monthly employment (AME) level that can be associated with a zero-wage establishment without resulting in an edit exception. It is used within edit codes 093 and 130. BLS has established a default value of 10 for this field. A lower value can be used for stricter tolerances, but a higher value than 10 is not allowed.
