A 2-digit value for the Maximum Employment for NAICS=999999 is a special parameter to help ensure that larger establishments that are currently unclassified as to their industry code will be investigated. Establishments with average monthly employment (AME) above the PK018 level will be flagged as having excessive employment for an unclassified NAICS (edit code 133). BLS has set the default tolerance for PK018 at 25 employees, which can be adjusted, but not increased above 75.
