This is the 6-digit Small Macro Employment Bypass Cutoff, the macro cell equivalent of the PK071 cutoff described previously. Since this applies to an aggregated employment value, the limits are extended from the individual establishment value already mentioned. The same conjoined employment/wage (i.e., PK073 and PK074) testing methodology applies as before. A default of 20 employees has been instituted by BLS, and should not be exceeded in changes.
