This parameter represents the Macro Establishment Multiplier Limit, a 6-digit regulator to keep macro edits in check when many small establishments can push the scaled tolerances out excessively far. These methods may still be augmented in subsequent system releases. A non-zero reporting unit (NZRU) multiplier limit of 100 establishments is in effect as the BLS default for PK076. A diminished value may be used as a substitute, but the BLS limit serves as an inviolable maximum. Since the NZRU value is modified to be approximately half its original value, the true NZRU limit is 200.
