The Previous Year’s Minimum Tax Rate is shown here, listed as an integer-valued thousandths-of-a-percent rendition. Like its current-year counterpart, PK002, this tolerance bounds experience-rated establishments on the low end. When combined with PK001 and PK002, PK078 and PK079 can span the gap between calendar years, when tax rate range changes occur, permitting the tax rate range edit (code 047) to be successful in all cases. Higher values than the BLS default of 0% (000000) may be used.
