This is the Employment Pct. Change Limit for Level-7 Employment Edit, which accompanies PK081 in bypassing certain first-month employment edit conditions when the change can be explained statistically. The prior month to first month difference must meet or exceed this percentage to be flagged with “Level 7”. The BLS default for this parameter is 10 percent. The percentage can be decreased, but not increased beyond the 10% limit.
