Preselection Process

Before enacting any edits on a particular record, it must first meet certain pre-selection criteria. It must be a single or master account that is experience rated (excluding reimbursable employers, Federal government firms, and non-covered (type of coverage ‘8’) accounts. Thus, those accounts that are automatically rejected are worksites, Federal accounts, reimbursable, and non-covered accounts.
