Delinquency Flag (IMTQ-DELQ-FLAG(1))
This is the delinquency indicator flag for the current quarter. It is a single byte at position 726. A value of ‘Y’ shows that the employer has not filed a contribution report (or a multi worksite report, in the case of a worksite) for this quarter. Therefore all employment and wage data are missing. The ‘N’ value shows that the account has supplied some or all of the employment and wage data for the quarter.
As with the prior two flags, its value is under system control. All IMT records should therefore leave this flag as low-values.
FILLER
A one-byte filler appears in position 727. It was once used for the Reporting Change Indicator, or RCI, which never was fully developed, so was eventually dropped by BLS. It is not included in the record layout for the IMT any longer.
