Future Quarter MWR Received Switch (IMT-MWR-Q1-RCPT-SW)
This field is practically a self-contained acronym, a 1-byte field found at position 684. It represents the receipt of Multiple Worksite Report (MWR) data for the future quarter (Q1) in the Micro File. It is important to recognize that this field does not refer to the first quarter occurrence in the IMT File, but the first occurrence in the Micro File. As such, it is rarely used in IMT processing.
Normally this field, like the one which follows, is set by a special function in an MWR entry screen in the CICS portion of the EXPO system. If this switch is set to a "Y", follow-up mailings of MWR forms will skip this account and its family. It shows that forms from a previous mailing have been returned, but there has not been time to enter all of the employment and wage data contained therein. Since this deals with the receipt of a multi-family's MWR forms, it is only applicable to the master account. Any entry for a worksite record would be meaningless.
In the unlikely event that it is known that an MWR form has been received for the future quarter, and that the data it contains have not been entered into Micro File data, this field can be set to a "Y" for master accounts (those with active worksites and a reporting unit number of zero). In all other cases, this field should remain low-values.
