MOA Postal Abbreviation (IMT-MO-STATE)

This two-byte alpha field, located in positions 497 and 498, is the state postal abbreviation of the location described in the auxiliary mailing address. The only time this should not be set to low-values is when the mailing/other address block is being filled in, either for a new or changed account. If used, it needs to be a valid, two-character state code.
