MOA Street Address Line 2 (IMT-MO-ADDRESS2)
The second line of the mailing/other address block, 35 alphanumeric characters found in positions 432 - 466, marks a continuation of, or extension to, the first street address line just described, if it is needed. For a record with the mailing/other address block filled in, this field should also be included. If no second street address line exists on the incoming source data, the field should be set to spaces. However, if the M/O address does not exist or is unchanged, this field should be set to low-values.
