UIA City (IMT-UI-CITY)
The U-I tax address city field contains 30 alphanumeric characters, and is located at positions 356 - 385. It corresponds (most often) to the first U-I street address line described earlier. A physical-address city which differs from the U-I tax address would appear in the IMT-PL-CITY field rather than here. In the event that the U-I address is unknown (i.e., is not present on the State Tax File) or is not applicable to the record, low-values should be supplied here.
