Wage Summary Quarter Indicator (IMT-WAGE-IND)
The Wage Summary File data indicator is a 1-byte field located at position 686. It is another rarely used field in IMT processing, since the Wage Summary File (determined from quarterly wage data files produced by another State-specific program) is never accessed in preparing an IMT File. On the Micro File, this field will contain a numeric digit with a value of from 1 to 7. This represents the most recent quarter occurrence in the Micro File (1=future quarter, 2=current, etc.,) for which matching data are present on the Wage Summary File. For the purposes of this file, however, the IMT-WAGE-IND field should be set to low-values for all records.
