Contact Information (for Contact (“C”) Record Type (IMAT-CONTACT)

This is the employer’s contact information section of the record, 70 bytes of data found in positions 128 - 197 of the IMAT record. This section is comprised of two fields, which are described below. Information from these two fields is stored in the MOA Contact record, which is designated by a “C” record type code.
