MOA Address Type Code (IMAT-ADDR-TYPE)

This single-byte field, located in position 16 of the record, is the address type code for the Mailing/Other Address, indicating whether the address is a physical location, corporate headquarters, mailing address, or an unknown/unverified address. The values used in this field include:

• ‘1’ = MOA represents the physical location of the establishment
• ‘2’ = MOA represents the mailing address for the employer
• ‘3’ = MOA represents the corporate headquarters of the employer
• ‘9’ = MOA address type is unknown or has not yet been verified
