MOA City (IMAT-CITY)
This is a 30-byte field located at positions 87-116 of the record. It contains the city name of the Mailing/Other Address, if this address is provided within the record. If address data are included, this field must be filled in; otherwise, it may remain as low-values. If the address is in Canada, this city field should also include the province name or abbreviation (NB, SK, MB, NS, etc.). For rare foreign addresses (other than Canada) the country name should also be listed in this field.
