EARRF23 loads the TRS address changes (a new feature introduced in the 2013-2014 refiling cycle) from the file produced by TRS. The legal and trade name are also fields that can be updated during this run. There are no parameters, etc., included in this job run.
August 31 - rule change implemented so that only currently blank values are replaced. Modified on 9/6/13 to remove name updates and add address type code update (missing in the initial version, but noted).
