QCR - Quarterly Contribution Report

A mandatory report filed quarterly by almost all U.S. employers to the SWA for UI purposes.

Employers report the number of employees, total quarterly wages, and UI taxable wages, and compute their UI tax liability for each quarter. Used by the QCEW program as the source of most data on the State QCEW database.
