Code 044 - Successor ID Check

This edit examines the successor U-I account number and reporting unit number fields, if each is non-blank, looking for any non-alpha-numeric U-I digits, or any non-numeric RUN digits. Since these conditions are impossible during normal EXPO system operations, the edit is skipped. Although Code 067 is available as an alternative, this Successor SESA ID edit is likely not performed due to the strict numeric definition of the successor SESA ID.
