Job ES2J012X - Create Files for MWR-Web Solicitation Forms Offsite

This job executes the following programs (click to link to each program description):


Job Features and Functions

  • Creates MWR form file for a one-time mailing to new MWR Web reporters
    • File is used to print forms on states mainframe printer
    • Form File includes Web ID and password needed by employer to log-in to website
  • Uses MWRWEB.req file to identify new Web reporters
  • Option to produce forms for a group for follow-up mailings
  • Year/Qtr can be for any quarter on Micro
  • Option to sort forms by Zip code. Default is UI account #
  • MWR forms should not be mailed to employers until BLS notifies state that historical file has been received and processed


Job 012X is similar to the 012W job, except that rather than producing forms, the job will send all data to an output file for external processing, to produce MWR forms on a State’s mainframe printer.
