ES2MI12
ES2MI12 prepares data for the Multi-Worksite Report (MWR) forms, used for soliciting employment and wage data from multi families. The selected accounts are forwarded to a file, which is in turn sorted by selected parameters (to allow ZIP code, page number, and U-I account number sorting). Program ES2UT12 prints the forms.
A U-I accounts list from a group file (produced by ES2Z) can be used instead of standard selections. An optional report provides a list of all accounts for which forms are produced.
