Job EARJ113D - Distribution of Refiling Report (By EIN, Etc.)

Job Features and Functions
- Produces a summary report of records selected for refiling
- A copy of the report is to be sent to the State’s BLS Regional Office for verification before mailing refiling forms to employers
Job 113D produces a hard copy report showing the distribution of records selected by Job 100A for building the Refiling File. The report should be sent to the BLS Regional Office for use in confirming the State has selected the appropriate records for refiling, before the refiling forms are printed and mailed to employers.
The produced report includes counts of records in the Refiling File by each of three different categories – multi masters, singles, and multi sub-units. The job does not create a file, but rather a hard copy report that should be transmitted to BLS as soon as possible so the BLS verification can occur and the State can proceed with the refiling form mail out process.
This job is much less significant than in the past, since the selection criteria have been hard-coded rather than user-entered since 1998.
