Job Features and Functions
- Produces refiling non-response report
Job 115D produces a firm listing report of non-respondent refiling records. On the report, non-respondents are identified by a response code of 01, 02, 03, 04, or 98. The report displays name (trade or legal), address (physical, mailing, or U-I tax), telephone number, SIC, NAICS, status, and AME.
The non-response report produced by Job 115D is designed to provide easy identification of how many firms have yet to respond to the refiling survey and assess the appropriateness of another mailing. However, since CARS regulates the running of the forms production, this is likely to be outside of State interest.
If four mailings have already been completed, additional mailings leave non-respondent response codes as 04.
