Job EARJ120A - Process CARS Change-of-Address File
RUN THIS JOB - Annually.
This job executes the following programs (click to link to each program description):
Job Features and Functions
- Applies CARS address changes to MOA file
- Produces report of address changes
- Update of addresses is optional – report-only is a choice
- BLS notifies States when an NCOA (National Change of Address) File is available
Job 120A processes the annual Change of Address File to the MOA File. It is produced by the Post Office for employers that are associated with the CARS system. States will be notified when the National Change of Address (or NCOA) File is available, so they can run it against their own data. New addresses can be applied to the MOA File with the option to produce a report only, without an update.
