Job ES2J001X - Extract IMT Data Only (No Estimation, Edit, Etc.)

Job Features and Functions
- Extracts data from IMT file and updates Micro/MOA Files

- Copies selected information from master to active sub-units
Job 001X is designed to add and update IMT records to the Micro and MOA Files. It differs from 001D in that it does not perform estimates, micro edits, and writes no updates to the Micro Edit File. 001X sequentially processes the entire Micro File and updates only those records for which IMT records exist. It optionally updates the Delinquency File, but not the County/Statewide Crosswalk File, or Alpha Locator Files. This can be used for efficiency, for partial extracts, or in preparation for an integrated edit (Job 242D) run.
Job 001X was designed to extract batches of data that were not available for the initial or major subsequent extracts. Since neither micro edits nor estimates are performed, a special run of 002D may be required sometime after 001X is run. Before Job 001X can be used, the State-specific program must be run to extract late reporter data from the tax file and write this data to the IMT file. Job 001X transfers these data from the IMT File to the Micro File. Job 001X can be run multiple times during a quarter’s cycle.
Job 001X uses the 001D parameter file. There is not a separate 001X parameter screen. Use the 001D parameter screen in ES2N for Job 001X.
