This job executes the following programs (click to link to each program description):

Job Features and Functions

  • Selects active multi records from Micro File
  • There are three separate report options
  • Report is NAICS based

Job 014D produces a management report (Multi-Family Listing Report) of master records and associated worksite records, including name, address (optional), quarterly codes (county, industry, etc.), employment, and wages for the specified year/quarter.

Four report formats are available in this job. In each report format, the multi-family must have an active parent account. At the top of each report, a description of the report’s selection criteria is given.

  • The first option displays information for the master account and the sub-units. It includes account number, name, NAICS, ownership, county, zone or township, status, employment, total wages, and the State use field for the specified quarter. The physical street address and city are shown for each sub-unit record, while the mailing address and city are displayed for the parent.
  • The second option produces a report identical to the first, except taxable wages and contributions are displayed instead of the address and city.
  • The third option is identical to the first format, except the reporting unit description appears in the place of the address for sub-units.
  • The fourth option is the same as the first, except the third month employment of the prior quarter replaces the State use field.

The user can select worksite record status codes to determine which sub-unit records appear on the report. The sub-unit status code select feature applies to each of the three report options. The user can specify any combination of the three possible status codes. These codes are defined in the ES2J014D parameters, in the Related Links below.
