Job ES2J039D - Update Micro File with MWR-Web Collected Data

This job executes the following programs (click to link to each program description):
Job Features and Functions
- Reads a BLS prepared MWR Web file with reported employment and wages
- Updates sub-unit accounts on Micro File with MWR Web reported employment and wages
- Compares administrative data on Micro and MOA Files and, if different from input file, an update occurs to those administrative fields
- Updates data source flag on Micro File for masters and worksites
- Data source flag is displayed on ES2C as quarterly “C” flag
- Job 012D does not print MWR forms for MWR Web reporters
- Job 012W will print an MWR form for new Web reporters by using the solicitation request file
- An edit is performed on input data and a warning report is generated for certain conditions mentioned
Job 039D sends micro data to BLS on selected MWR-Web families. It brings in data reported by the employer on the BLS MWR entry website, updating the Micro File with current employment and total wage values for the worksites. This saves time by eliminating MWR form mailing, return, and data entry (via ES2R) by the QCEW staff.
