Job ES2J060D - Add/Replace a Quarter on the Wage Summary File

Job Features and Functions

  • Updates Wage Summary File with new quarter’s data
  • Includes wage summary file quarter shift option for initial data extract
  • Requires a State-specific program to build wage data temporary file from State wage record file

Job 060D rebuilds and optionally adds (shifts) quarters of data in the Wage Summary File, utilizing wage record counts and wage record summed wages by U-I number from the State Wage Record File. A State-specific program is required to obtain and reformat the State Wage Record File data, forming a Wage Temporary File.
